Summer Trail Templates
The summer trails are a fantastic way to get families exploring your town - send them on an adventure down all the small streets and yards and introduce them to the hidden gems of your town.

We offer you a variety of design packages with options to include marketing banners for social media, flyers to advertise the event and our printing service - we do all the work for you... all you have to do is supply us with a google map of your BID zone and 12 to 16 business locations, we do the rest.

This is a very visual and cost effective offering to families in your town and will really help help increase footfall and movement around the town, encouraging the public to visit more of your lovely local businesses!
Summer Trail Template Example
Trail Specifications:
A4, colour, double sided. We supply the 12 to 16 Display images: A3 full colour location images for the business windows.

Front:
BID logo, trail map, social media and website info, 12 (max 16) locations plotted on the map, names of the 12 participating businesses, 12 spaces for children to draw in the answers as they find them, instructions on how to complete the trail. If you would like more locations on your map - please discuss this with us, we have ways!

Back:
BID logo, social media and website info, child's name space, variety of puzzles including spot the difference, word search, math sums, guess the word, cross out the incorrect and a colouring egg.
Another great way to engage with the families is to give your businesses a 'TRAIL TREAT' sign that they can put in their shop window. They can then offer a treat, a discount or whatever they see appropriate for their business (we have had fish & chip shops offering kiddies chips, banks giving away sweets, photographers taking 1 free photo). We find this is a brilliant way for the businesses to get create and interact with the families in their town.
MARKETING:
We also offer marketing as part of our second package - this includes 3 marketing social media banners, a headed for facebook & twitter and a poster, leaflet or advert artwork. ​

Create your trail in a few easy steps
Select a template from our range of stunning designs, place your order and using our 'trail tick-list' supply everything we need to get to work.
Choose the locations you would like to include on your trail. This is usually around 12 BID businesses, however more can be added. We will then get to work drawing your map, adding themed puzzles, games and characters.
Receive your proof, approve and you are ready to go. We even offer a printing service or we can supply you with the files so you can use your preferred printer.
Lead time is typically around 3-4 weeks, but may be longer during busy periods.
